How do I understand your business needs and align them to "real" user needs?
Before jumping into designs/presenting solutions, we have to understand, and also scrutinize the initial problem to see if that truly is a problem people are facing. These include user research, competitive audit, market analysis, ideation, and exploring solutions that already exist.
After we have identified a problem and ideated multiple solutions that can solve the problem. We will proceed to create digital wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability studies that involve testing potential users to see if the proposed solution actually meets their needs.
At this stage, iterations will be made on the solution based on the usability study. We will then proceed to create mockups and high-fidelity prototypes, and consider accessibility. At the end of this stage, you'll get pixel-perfect designs so that your devs can take it further.
No design solution is perfect, design is an iterative process, and for that, we always have to keep going back to the user to learn about the impact of our solution and iterate. A design process never ends, we keep on learning and keep on improving over time.
"It's both attractive and highly adaptable. It's exactly what we've been looking for. Definitely worth the investment."
